What BeltBro did I receive?
If you ordered via our website, you can check the USPS label you received which shows a description of the model you purchased or were upgraded to. If you ordered via Amazon, the Amazon barcode label should show your model.
We have 3 versions of BeltBro:
1) BeltBro Titan is designed for Men's 1.5" inch belt loops with padding around the edges.

2) BeltBro Strong (Recommended Over 175 pounds) is designed with two elastic bands sewn together to increase tension and support.

Here is an example below of the BeltBro Strong with two elastic bands:
3) BeltBro Original (Recommended Under 175 lbs) which is recommended for under 175 pounds and kids over the age of 5. It is designed with only 1 elastic band, making it more stretchy.

Did I receive the correct order?
If you purchased 1 set, it includes 1 small, 1 medium and 1 large BeltBro for one side of your pants.
If you purchased 2 sets, it includes 2 small, 2 medium and 2 large BeltBros for both sides.
How does the BeltBro fit all sizes?
All pants and shorts with belt loops are spaced differently. Therefore, included in your order are small, medium and large BeltBros which allow you to choose the correct BeltBro for the spacing between your belt loops. You then further adjust the BeltBro using the fastening material to loosen or tighten securely.
Should I wear a BeltBro on both sides?
One BeltBro works well, but most customers like wearing a BeltBro on both sides.
Can I wear BeltBro in the back?
You can wear it however is most comfortable to you :)
Is the BeltBro machine washable?
We only recommend hand washing. However, if you accidentally wash it, the BeltBro should be OK, but do it at your own risk.
What is your return policy?
You can return your BeltBro within 30 days for a full refund. Please write your name, address and order number clearly on the envelope. You do not need an RMA number.
